REAL MADRID forward Cristiano Ronaldo will return to the Premier League before he retires, according to his former team-mate Jose Semedo.
Ronaldo's future at the Bernabeu has been the subject of intense speculation in recent months as he has reportedly fallen out with Real chief Rafael Benitez.
Numerous reports have claimed the 30-year-old, who is the 10-time European Cup winners' all-time leading goalscorer, is keen on a move away from Madrid.
A return to his old side Manchester United has been touted on several occasions and it's been suggested that Red Devils chief Louis van Gaal has explored the possibility of luring the former the Sporting Lisbon ace back to the Premier League.
And the Dutchman will be boosted by comments made by Ronaldo's close friend Semedo, who claims the three-time Ballon d'Or winner is keen on a move back to England.
"He is very happy at Real Madrid and he loves English football, he loves English people and deep down I think he will come back to England.

PREM RETURN: Semedo claims Ronaldo is keen on a move back to England
"He doesn’t like he wants to finish his career without coming back to England.
"He said he would wish Real Madrid is in England, but that is not possible so I believe he will end his career in English football."
