Jose Mourinho’s representatives have been in contact with Inter Milan and PSG

Jose Mourinho is considering jumping before he’s pushed if reports by ESPN are to be believed.

The Portuguese coach isn’t counting his chickens about seeing out the season at Chelsea and his representatives are sounding out options on his behalf.

One of those is his former club Inter Milan. The Italian giants won a historic treble under Mourinho in 2010 but floundered badly when he left for Real Madrid after the grand triumph.

An ambitious recruitment drive and a decent start under Roberto Mancini this season has given fans hope that a return to the Champions League is on the cards.

Mourinho recently stated in an interview that he would like to go back to Inter one day. He said something similar about Chelsea before joining them after his Madrid reign went sour in 2013.

French champions Paris Saint-Germain are another club that Mourinho’s entourage have apparently been chatting with. Mourinho carries a bigger profile than Laurent Blanc and it would give him the opportunity to become the second manager to win a league title in five different countries, after Croatian legend Tomislav Ivic.
