Match Summary
It was quite a feisty affair all round at Selhurst Park and Palace paid the price after Dwight Gayle was sent off on the cusp of half-time with the scores knotted at 1-1.
Yohann Cabaye equalised from the spot for the Eagles after Carl Jenkinson's opener moments earlier. The Hammers struck twice late on, Manuel Lanzini slotting home in the final minute, before playing Dimitri Payet through on goal in added time.

West Ham opened the scoring on 22 minutes as Jenkinson fired home from a Victor Moses ball across the box.
However, their lead would not last all that long as Jenkinson turned from hero to villainm pulling down Dwight Gayle in the area at the other end.
As he's done so often this season, Cabaye stepped up to the plate and coolly slotted home on the second try after the first attempt was pull back for encroachment from Gayle.
Just before the half-time break, though, the feisty nature of the game claimed its first victim, Gayle receiving a second yellow for a bad foul on Cheikhou Kouyate.
Crystal Palace, though, continued to look threatening despite going down to ten, but West Ham were the next to go close, Diafra Sakho rattling the upright with a strong header in the 65th minute.
And the Hammers eventually took full advantage of the extra man in the final minute of the game, Lanzini slamming home a first-time effort from a lovely cushioned header from Andy Carroll.
They added further gloss to the scoreline in the fourth minute of added time as Payet dinked a lovely effort over Wayne Hennessey after latching onto Lanzini's through-ball.
