Scunthorpe United vs Fleetwood Town - Scunthorpe unlikely to be without Darius Henderson for Fleetwood clash

Striker Darius Henderson is unlikely to be fit for Scunthorpe's crucial League One clash with Fleetwood at Glanford Park.

Henderson has missed his side's last two games and boss Mark Robins badly needs him back in action as the pressure builds on the back of three consecutive defeats.

The midweek loss to Walsall left the Iron in the League One drop zone but Robins' injury problems continue to mount after Jamie Ness suffered a hamstring problem in that game.

Luke Williams is less than a fortnight away from a return following a knee injury while Niall Canavan (ankle) is also making good progress.

Caretaker manager Chris Lucketti has inherited former boss Graham Alexander's injury list.

Tuesday's defeat to Gillingham cost Alexander his job but the problems are not easing.

"We have an injury list to our defence that I have never known in my career," said Lucketti.

His selection problems have not been helped by the suspension of midfielder Eggert Jonsson, who was sent off after coming in at half-time in midweek while Nathan Pond, Brendan Moore and Vamara Sanogo all remain out.
