Sir Alex Ferguson is currently in his homeland where he is promoting his autobiography on leadership, Leading.
There wasn't a spare seat inside Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall as the game's most successful manager presented his book to an enthralled audience of fellow Glaswegians.
Of particular interest during the talk were Ferguson's comments in relation to the truly world-class players that he coached during his Old Trafford reign: "I don't mean to demean or criticise any of the great or very good players who played for me during my 26-year career at United, but there were only four who were world-class: Cantona, Giggs, Scholes and Ronaldo".
Fergie had special words of praise for the Portuguese international: "He was just a complete genius of a player, like the ornament on top of a Christmas tree".
The second, and final stop on Ferguson's Scottish book tour takes him to Aberdeen, a city in which he enjoyed a highly successful period in the dugout between 1978 and 1986.
