Origi set to leave Liverpool on loan, Norwich interested

Liverpool youngster Divock Origi is set to be loaned out, with Norwich City interested in signing him, as per The Daily Star (via the Mirror).
Origi signed for Liverpool from Lille in July 2014 for £10 million (fee via BBC) but he was loaned back to the French side for the 2014/15 season.
The 20-year-old made 33 appearances in Ligue 1 last term and scored eight goals but has only featured for 17 minutes in the Premier League so far this campaign.
It is reported by the newspaper that Norwich, Stuttgart and Bordeaux are all potential locations for the young forward to gain more first team experience rather than competing with Danny Ings, Christian Benteke and Daniel Sturridge for a spot in Brendan Rodgers’ first XI.
Origi created a solid 23 chances in his 33 appearances last season, registering three assists.
If Origi were to join the Canaries on loan he would have to compete with Cameron Jerome, Lewis Grabban and Gary Hooper for a starting place but would likely see more action at Carrow Road.
The 20-year-old completed just one take on and made just five passes in his 17-minute cameo appearance in Liverpool 3-1 loss to Manchester United earlier this month.
He did, however, feature for 71 minutes in the Europa League in Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Bordeaux two weeks ago, completing 73% of his passing and creating one chance on his first start for the Reds.
