Alloa Athletic vs Livingston preview - Alloa face Jason Marr absence for Livingston visit
Posted Friday, September 25, 2015 by PA
Alloa will be without Jason Marr in their bottom of the table battle against Livingston.
Marr is suspended after being dismissed in the 1-1 draw with Falkirk last weekend.
The Wasps refused to lie down to the Bairns despite being a goal and a man down and manager Danny Lennon is looking for that never say day approach again against the Lions.
Lennon said: "Belief is a key factor in any team's' success and that is what we showed last weekend. The players kept on going to get a point and if we go out with that same belief in this game we can pick up a win."
Livingston add a fully fit Moses Druckell to their squad, but they are without the injured Craig Sives (back) and Gary Glen (knee) while Danny Mullen is a doubt.
Lions boss Mark Burchill said: "Winning this game would take us off bottom spot and give everyone a lift. We believe that we are a better side than our points total suggests and we have the chance to show that.
"Last season we fought our way off bottom spot by winning games like this and that has to be our aim again."
