Oldham Athletic AFC vs Wigan Athletic preview - Trio could make debuts for Oldham

New signings Michael Higdon, Richard Eckersley and Jay Fulton are in line to make their first appearances for Oldham against Wigan.
Captain Liam Kelly sat out the 1-1 draw at Doncaster with a knee injury but he has trained this week and should feature in the Lancashire derby at Boundary Park.
Middlesbrough loanee Jonathan Burn is fit to play despite taking a knock to the head after scoring his first goal for the club at the Keepmoat Stadium last weekend.
Interim player-manager David Dunn is unlikely to name himself in the squad for his first home game in charge of Latics.
Wigan are sweating on the fitness of their two leading strikers Will Grigg and Craig Davies.
Neither featured against Fleetwood last weekend but Grigg (elbow) has been in non-contact training with strapping on his injury while Davies (hamstring) has done some running to raise hopes the duo could come back.
Jonjoe Kenny has been recalled by Everton from his loan, leaving a problem at right-back as Kevin McNaughton (knee) is a long-term absentee, but fellow loanees Francisco Junior and Sean Murray (hamstring) have returned to full training and Leon Barnett is available again following suspension.
Grant Holt (knee) played his first 90 minutes since 2014 in a development squad game earlier this week but both he and Don Cowie (calf) are still some way off first-team action.
