Huddersfield Town vs Nottingham Forest preview - Paterson to miss out in this clash
Posted Thursday, September 24, 2015 by PA
Huddersfield will be without striker Jamie Paterson for the televised Sky Bet Championship clash with Nottingham Forest at the John Smith's Stadium.
Paterson is on loan from Forest and is ineligible to face his parent club as Town attempt to make it three successive league wins after beating Charlton and Bolton.
Manager Chris Powell is once again expected to be without goalkeeper Joe Murphy (calf), defender Mark Hudson (ankle) and striker James Vaughan (calf),
Fellow striker Nahki Wells may have to be content with a place on the bench once more after Town's impressive performance in beating Bolton 4-1 on Saturday.
Forest are keeping their fingers crossed defender Matt Mills will be fit.
Having netted the equaliser, Mills was then withdrawn with a hamstring injury during their 2-1 home defeat by Middlesbrough.
Ben Osborn will definitely be missing with a groin strain sustained at the weekend while on-loan midfielder Jonny Williams, who made a 15-minute substitute appearance against Boro, should again start the game on the bench.
Forwards Jamie Ward and Dexter Blackstock and midfielder Chris Burke will be hoping for a recall as Forest bid to return to winning ways.
