Stevenage Borough vs York City preview - Stevenage have trio back from international duty for York clash

Goalkeeper Jesse Joronen, defender Ryan Johnson and midfielder Dale Gorman are back from international duty for Stevenage's home meeting with York.

On-loan Fulham stopper Joronen, who was with the Finland squad, could come back in for Chris Day, while Johnson and Gorman had mixed experiences with Northern Ireland's Under-21 side.

Johnson scored in the 1-1 draw in Iceland, while Gorman was sent off in the home defeat to Scotland three days earlier.

Stevenage are hopeful over the fitness of Ronnie Henry, who has been suffering from mumps, but Steven Schumacher (hamstring) and David McAllister (knee) are both still out. Ben Kennedy is continuing his rehabilitation following hip surgery and Tom Hitchcock has returned to MK Dons after his loan spell ended.

York captain Russell Penn is hoping to return to action after missing last week's win at Newport due to a foot injury.

Eddie Nolan stepped into midfield in place of Penn, who is expected back in the starting XI after returning to full training this week.

The Minstermen will be without Jake Hyde. The striker will be sidelined for around two months after having a double hernia operation this week.

Fellow forward Emile Sinclair (hamstring) completed 90 minutes for the reserves in midweek and is pushing for a recall and Michael Coulson (groin) is still out, although he will return to full training next week.
