Cambridge United vs Leyton Orient preview - Ryan Donaldson to miss out for Cambridge

Cambridge will be without Ryan Donaldson for the home clash with table-topping Leyton Orient after the forward was ruled out for three weeks with an ankle injury.
The 24-year-old was forced off at the end of the U's 3-1 defeat at home to Luton last weekend and manager Richard Money confirmed the extent of the damage.
Jeff Hughes is struggling with a thigh strain and Keith Keane remains out of contention due to illness, while Barry Corr and Elliot Omozusi have stepped up training as they bid to return to full fitness.
Harrison Dunk will miss the Orient game as he serves a one-match ban for his red card against Luton.
Leyton Orient are set to make changes after their 100 per cent league record was ended by a 4-0 defeat at Exeter last week, a result followed by a 5-1 friendly loss to Stevenage.
Central defender Joe Maguire, on loan from Liverpool, could make his league debut, while goalkeeper Alex Cisak has returned from international duty with Australia and should replace teenager Charlie Grainger.
Jobi McAnuff has not been picked for league action this season but may be coming into the thoughts of manager Ian Hendon after playing against Stevenage, while fellow midfielder Jack Payne, on loan from Peterborough, could make his O's debut.
Former West Ham captain Kevin Nolan is training with the club but Orient are playing down the prospect of him signing.
