The Real Madrid forward has sought to calm any fan fears that he is contemplating swapping La Liga for the Premier League despite heavy summer speculation.
Karim Benzema has insisted he is not considering leaving Real Madrid following weeks of speculation that Arsenal and Manchester United wanted to buy him.
The France international, 27, was heavily linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium this summer, while Real Madrid chief Florentino Perez also revealed Louis van Gaal wanted him at Old Trafford.
Benzema recently pledged his commitment to Madrid amid all the rumors of a Premier League move and he has reiterated that leaving the Santiago Bernabeu is not his intention.
"There was nothing in the talk of a transfer away from Madrid," he told Telefoot. "I'm happy at my current club, it's the best in the world. I'll continue to work here and be happy where I am."
The former Lyon forward – who has been with the Blancos since 2009 – also discussed his latest cap for France in the 1-0 win over Portugal, claiming he remains rusty as he recovers from a series of minor injuries.
"It's been like four months since I played properly," he added. "I've played a little bit for Madrid, but that's all. I'm working little by little to be back in shape."
Benzema was replaced in Friday's friendly win by new United signing and France debutante Anthony Martial, whose late transfer from Monaco hit headlines around the world.
