Exeter City vs Leyton Orient preview - Triple boost for Exeter ahead of Leyton Orient clash

Exeter have received a triple fitness boost ahead of league leaders Leyton Orient's visit.

Aaron Davies was forced off at the weekend against AFC Wimbledon but is in contention to return as are Christian Ribeiro and Tom Nichols, who are fit for selection.

Joel Grant is away on international duty and Will Hoskins is out with a knock.

The Grecians have picked up seven points from their opening five games and will be hoping to get back to winning ways against the League Two pacesetters.

Leyton Orient, out to extend their 100 per cent league record, are expected to recall several players who were rested for the midweek Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat away to Luton.

Centre-back Joe Maguire, signed on loan from Liverpool, and midfielder Jack Payne, a deadline-day loan arrival from Peterborough, are likely to be in contention, although first-choice goalkeeper Alex Cisak is away on international duty with Australia, so Charlie Grainger is set to continue between the posts.

Club captain Mathieu Baudry (ankle) and defender Alan Dunne (groin) will be assessed.

Orient have a few players who have been suffering from a sickness bug, including defenders Sean Clohessy and Frazer Shaw, as well as midfielders Bradley Pritchard and Sammy Moore.
