Jonny Evans says West Brom presents 'a new, fresh challenge for me.'
WEST BROMWICH, England -- Defender Jonny Evans has left Manchester United to join West Bromwich Albion.
The Northern Ireland international rose through the ranks at United and was the second-longest serving current player behind Wayne Rooney, making 198 appearances.
The 27-year-old center back signed a four-year deal at the Hawthorns.
The three-time Premier League winner says West Brom presents "a new, fresh challenge for me and one I'm looking forward to."
