Nottingham Forest vs Cardiff City preview - Dexter Blackstock worry for Forest

Nottingham Forest will check on Dexter Blackstock ahead of the visit of Cardiff.
Blackstock, along with Jamie Ward, missed the draw at Bolton after sustaining an injury during the goalless stalemate at home to Charlton. Reds boss Dougie Freedman hopes the striker has fully recovered from his rib problem.
Ward's call-up to the Northern Ireland squad this week is an indication that the forward is close to recovering from his hamstring issue and he may also return to contention.
Midfielder David Vaughan pulled out of the Wales squad for family reasons but he might be available for his club.
Cardiff manager Russell Slade has given striker Kenwyne Jones a "fighting man's chance" of being available to face the Reds.
Jones scored in last Saturday's 2-0 Championship victory over Wolves, then suffered an ankle injury and missed the Capital One Cup defeat against MK Dons on Tuesday night.
City are unbeaten in the league and a fit-again Jones would inevitably increase prospects of them keeping that run going.
""He has a fighting man's chance of playing at Forest," Slade told Wales Online. "He is having treatment and we are hopeful."
