Colchester United vs Scunthorpe United preview - Porter to face longer spell on the sidelines for Colchester

Colchester skipper Chris Porter (ankle) is likely to be sidelined for another two weeks, meaning he will miss the home game against Scunthorpe this weekend.
New signing Owen Garvan is added to the squad, while George Elokobi could make his first start since re-signing for the club after impressing as a substitute in the 4-0 defeat to Fleetwood.
Darren Ambrose is a doubt for the game after he was forced off against the Cod Army with a foot injury.
Matt Briggs may return to the starting line-up after recovering from an injury he sustained against Peterborough. He was an unused substitute last Saturday.
Iron manager Mark Robins could hand a debut to central defender Murray Wallace who joined the club on a 28-day loan from Huddersfield earlier in the week.
Robins opted to stick with goalkeeper Joe Anyon after Luke Daniels' suspension was over and are monitoring injuries to Kevin van Veen (head), Jordan Clarke (dizziness) and Sean McAllister (ankle) after last week's goalless draw with Millwall.
But Robins has indicated he expects all three to be available for the long trip south.
Jamie Ness is set to miss out once more as he recovers from a hip injury, while Niall Canavan and Luke Williams remain the long-term absentees.
