Bayern Munich to offer Robben, Muller plus cash to land £60m Man United flop Di Maria

BAYERN MUNICH are reportedly ready to offer Manchester United an incredible triple deal to land winger Angel Di Maria.

According to German newspaper Bild, Bayern are set to offer Arjen Robben, Thomas Muller plus a hefty amount of cash to land Di Maria.

Reports say that Bayern boss Pep Guardiola has sanctioned the treble deal in exchange for the United winger as he looks to rebuild and go again next term.

Muller as long been on United's radar while Robben is a proven performer at the top level.

And, should these reports prove true, it would certainly be a tempting offer for Louis van Gaal to consider, given Di Maria's struggles last season.

United signed the Argentine for £60m from Real Madrid last summer.

But, despite a decent start to his new career at Old Trafford, a mixture of injuries and lack of form saw Di Maria score just once from early October until the end of the campaign.

Now, it is understood that Van Gaal is willing to let him go already with reports saying some sort of deal with Bayern could be struck.

A straight swap for Muller has proven fruitless while Bastian Schweinsteiger was also linked to be part of an offer.

But, with Schweinsteiger wanting to stay put in Germany, Bayern will now reportedly add former Chelsea star Robben into the deal plus a cash amount.
