The 21-year-old Argentinian has put pen to paper on a five-year contract with the Turin giants and becomes Juve's first summer signing.
Palermo were ready to cash in on Dybala after the Argentinian turned down a three-year contract extension in January with his current deal ending in June 2016.
Cordoba-born Dybala, who moved to Palermo in 2012 from home-town club Instituto, scored 13 goals and set up 10 more in 33 league appearances to help the Sicilian outfit preserve their Serie A status for next season.
Juve clinched their fourth straight Scudetto last month and take on Barcelona in the Champions League final in Berlin on in Saturday.
The striker had been linked with a move to Chelsea, but dropped their interest once he said he wanted to stay in Italy.
