Mourinho: "Are you the rat?"

Jerzy Dudek has published a book in his native Poland looking back at his four years at Real Madrid.

The ex-shotstopper's memoirs shed light on Jose Mourinho's fractious relationship with part of the 'Los Blancos' dressing room and how the coach and Iker Casillas fell out.

One episode Dudek recounts concerns Mourinho's anger over a leak about his plans for a 'Clasico': "He came into the dressing room with a face like thunder and had a go at us because the press had found out that Pepe was going to play in midfield", something that was supposed to be a secret within the squad.

"Where's the rat? Is it you, Granero?" Dudek claims that Mourinho asked: "He insisted that there was a rat in the dressing room and said that he wouldn't stop until he found out who it was. Then he closed the door and left".

This incident was the catalyst for subsequent friction with many of the squad's heavyweights, including Casillas, who has often been accused of being a "mole" in the dressing room.
