Forfar vs Alloa preview - Malcolm back for Forfar

Forfar have Stuart Malcolm back in their ranks after suspension for the visit of Alloa in the first leg of the Championship play-off final.

Dale Hilson is added after proving his fitness but Mark Baxter remains absent with an ankle injury as manager Dick Campbell looks for his side to build on their semi-final success over Stranraer.

Campbell said: "We are facing a good Alloa side but we have nothing to fear. We were really creative in the first leg and worthy of a 3-0 lead and then we were strong and disciplined to ensure we got through with a draw.

"Perform like that again and we will do well."

Championship side Alloa look set to be without Michael Doyle due to a hamstring injury sustained in the 1-0 second-leg defeat to Brechin at the weekend.

Jason Marr (hamstring) and Stephen Simmons (back) remain sidelined as the Wasps hope to find the form that saw them triumph 2-0 in their first meeting with Brechin.

Manager Danny Lennon said: "Saturday was disappointing as we didn't show the full extent of the energy, drive and commitment that this squad has.

"I'm sure it was a one-off as the players have handled big games well since I came here and I'm sure they will handle things at Forfar."
