Montpellier vs Stade Rennais FC preview - Martin urges final push for Europe

Montpellier midfielder Jonas Martin is ready to fight until the last for a European spot ahead of Saturday's clash against Rennes.
La Paillade are eight points off a top four-place at the moment with four matches left, starting with this weekend.
Sixth-place Bordeaux are only three points ahead of Montpellier, who have just two wins in their last six games including recent away defeats to St Etienne and Toulouse.
Montpellier's season ends with a home game against Paris St Germain before a potentially make-or-break trip to Bordeaux, and that is keeping Martin's hopes high.
The midfielder told a press conference: "While it is mathematically still possible we will not hide.
"We have some good games and good results at home. We have to continue that and make up for these losses in Toulouse and St Etienne."
Ninth-placed Rennes are on an unbeaten run of five games at present, including three wins, which holds them in good stead for Saturday.
The reverse fixture in December saw Rennes beaten 4-0 at home by Montpellier, something that still hurts forward Kamil Grosicki.
The Pole told his club's website: "Everyone remembers the first game where we conceded four goals at home. Hopefully we can erase this bad game by bringing at least one point (on Saturday)."
And the club's coach Philippe Montanier is of a similar mindset, adding: "Yes, this setback (4-0 loss) was the beginning of our bad patch. But the real challenge is Saturday and to remain unbeaten until the end of the season.
"We aspire to be higher in the standings. Another goal is to (reach) 50 points. We are not far away, but we have not yet achieved it."
