AFC Wimbledon vs Cheltenham Town preview - Double trouble for Dons

AFC Wimbledon will check on James Shea and George Francomb ahead of the visit of relegated Cheltenham.

Goalkeeper Shea and winger Francomb have been struggling with knocks this week but boss Neal Ardley is hopeful they will be fit.

Defender Callum Kennedy is the Dons' only definite absentee due to a thigh problem.

Ardley says he will resist the temptation to blood a host of youngsters as he wants to finish the season on a high.

Cheltenham, by contrast, will give their youngsters a chance to shine when they make the trip.

With relegation out of the Football League already confirmed boss Gary Johnson, who penned a new two-year deal this week, will hand starts to a number of their young talents.

Bobbie Dale could make just his second appearance of the season, Harry Williams is back from a loan spell with Gloucester and is likely to be involved while Jamal Lawrence will hope to make his Robins debut.

Joe Hanks and Omari Sterling-James were both on the bench in the 1-0 defeat to Shrewsbury but could be in line for starts.
