Ayr have defender Martyn Campbell back from illness against already relegated Stirling.

Campbell's return gives manager Ian McCall a full squad to choose from for their vital clash .

McCall said: "After slipping to ninth place last weekend we know that winning this game could make a big difference to helping us survive. I am not going to be disrespectful and say that we are going to go out and look for a high-scoring win; all I would say is that we are going out looking to get a win of any kind.

"Stirling will look to make it difficult for us, however we have to find a way to win."

Stirling Albion head for Somerset Park without the banned Kevin McKinlay and Adam Cummings and the injured Steven Doris (stomach muscle).

Chris Smith and Lewis Coult will miss out after being told that their contracts will not be extended for next season, however Darren Smith could return after a lengthy absence due to a knee problem.

Assistant manager Martyn Corrigan said: "This will be a very nervous game for Ayr and we have to try and use that to our advantage.

"We have pride to play for and are we are also looking to start building for next season so this game is important to Stirling."
