Stirling Albion vs Greenock Morton preview - Hamilton banned for Stirling

Relegated Stirling are without the suspended Lee Hamilton and injured Darren Smith (knee) and Steven Doris (stomach) when title-chasing Morton visit.

Assistant manager Martyn Corrigan reckons that despite knowing they are dropping down a division there is still plenty to play for.

He said: "Last weekend was disappointing, even though it has been hanging over us for a while. It is all about playing things out positively now starting against Morton.

"The games where we have been in charge have been tight against them, and even though they are going for the title, if we do the basics well we have a chance."

Morton, who qualified for the play-offs last weekend and sit in third place, three points behind leaders Forfar, will be without Stefan Milojevic and Conor Pepper who both have knee problems.

The Greenock side, who came back from two goals down with 13 minutes left to defeat Stenhousemuir last weekend, are looking to complete a clean sweep of wins over their hosts.

Manager Jim Duffy said: "The last time we visited Forthbank we had to come back from 3-1 down in the last 15 minutes to win 4-3. We seem to be good at comebacks but it also shows how competitive the games in this league are."
