Hartlepool United FC vs Accrington Stanley preview - As you were for Pools
Posted Tuesday, April 14, 2015 by PA
Hartlepool boss Ronnie Moore has no new injury worries for the clash with Accrington after the loss at York made it three games without a win.
Pools named the same line-up for a fourth consecutive game at Bootham Crescent, as Jordan Hugill recovered from an eye injury.
Scott Fenwick, who has been out for seven weeks, made his comeback to the side with a late substitute appearance but is expected to remain on the bench.
Matthew Bates continues his recovery from a leg injury with minutes for the reserves, but the game against Accrington is likely to come too soon.
Striker Terry Gornell completes his three-match suspension for Accrington.
Gornell has been absent since being dismissed in the derby against Morecambe on Good Friday and will be eligible to feature again for Stevenage's visit this Saturday.
Stanley boss John Coleman has picked up four points from two matches since switching to a 4-4-2 formation and is unlikely to move away from that system, particularly if Dean Winnard and Matt Crooks cannot shake off knocks again.
Midfielder Andy Procter will definitely miss out due to a season-ending ankle injury.
