Peterborough United vs Crewe Alexandra preview - No fresh problems for Posh

Peterborough have no new problems as they prepare to host Crewe but Jon Taylor remains a doubt.

Taylor has been struggling with a knee injury recently and the winger will undergo a fitness test on Tuesday morning.

The likes of Erhun Oztumer, Alan Sheehan, Aaron Mclean, Ricardo Santos and Harry Beautyman are options for manager Dave Robertson should he wish to make any changes to his starting line-up following Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Swindon.

The loss at the County Ground all but ended Posh's hopes of reaching the play-offs, leaving them seven points shy of the top six with four matches remaining.

Crewe have doubts over three players who picked up problems in the weekend draw with Leyton Orient.

Forward Ryan Colclough made his first start since a long-term hernia problem but had swelling around his ankle after completing the entire 90 minutes.

Boss Steve Davis is also waiting to hear news back on scans that Jamie Jones and Chris Atkinson have undergone after coming off on Saturday.

Anthony Grant, another midfielder, is at least back following a two-game suspension while both goalkeeper Ben Garratt (broken leg) and club captain Matt Tootle (ankle) are hopeful of first-team returns before the season is out.
