Liverpool striker set for amazing Anfield exit

Liverpool's Fabio Borini could be set for a controversial return to Italy this summer with Lazio interested in his signature, according to reports from CalcioMercato.
Prior to his £10.5m transfer to the Reds, the 24-year-old played for Roma, the bitter, cross-city rivals of the sky blue-clad outfit.
A transfer to Lazio is one that could quite a stir, with the two clubs known for their fiery relationship.
A summer switch away from Anfield appears to be the likely scenario for Borini, who has struggled to make any impact on Merseyside in his three-year stint.
He has just one goal to his name this term - a volleyed effort at Aston Villa - and spent last season on loan at Sunderland.
Borini was Brendan Rodgers' first signing at the club back in 2012, but the Northern Irishman is believed to have lost patience with the versatile forward.
