Greenock Morton vs Stenhousemuir preview - Morton duo sit out

Morton have ruled out Stefan Milojevic and Conor Pepper with knee injuries for their meeting with visitors Stenhousemuir.

Ricki Lamie and Joe McKee are both injury doubts as the Cappielow side look to bounce back from last Saturday's 2-0 home defeat by Brechin.

Manager Jim Duffy said: "We played well in the first half and forced their goalkeeper into some good saves, however in the second half they were better.

"We need to put that behind us and be ready for a Stenhousemuir team who I reckon will come and have a go as a draw is of no use to them. That may suit us."

Second bottom Stenhousemuir continue to be without Bryan Hodge, who has a calf injury, with Anthony Marenghi and Ryan Millar missing out due to suspension.

Former Morton striker Colin McMenamin is an injury doubt .

Manager Brown Ferguson said: "We were playing really well against Forfar last weekend and looked good to pick up a win. We were leading, however Anthony's sending-off changed things and we ended up going down 3-1.

"If we play like we did and keep 11 men on the park then I am sure that we will have a really good chance of taking something home with us from Morton."
