Hellas Verona vs Inter Milan preview - Mancini wants more

Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini has called on his players to stand up and be counted ahead of Saturday's match at Hellas Verona.
The Nerazzurri travel to the Marc' Antonio Bentegodi stadium without a win in Serie A since February 25 and in 10th place in the standings.
Inter left the San Siro after last weekend's 1-1 home draw against bottom side Parma to a deafening chorus of boos from their own fans.
"Against Parma we had the wrong approach and my team didn't show the right fighting spirit," Mancini told the Italian press. "At Hellas, I hope my players will show the necessary hunger and determination to win from the start of the game.
"Even then, you might lose a game because it can happen in football, but at least we can be proud of ourselves."
Inter have not kept a clean sheet in Serie A since February 8, while they have failed to score more than one goal in their last three league games.
"My players are working hard in training but they need to show their improvements on game day," Mancini. "The players know they can and must do better.
"I've been a little bit tougher this week with them in order to try to improve our results."
Mancini, who replaced Walter Mazzarri at the helm of the Nerazzurri in November for a second stint in charge of the club, is confident Inter will return to be competitive next season.
"I returned to Inter because I believe this club can be competitive again," he said. "Not to qualify for Europe is not a drama if we can build a great team for the future."
Inter welcome back defender Nemanja Vidic as well as Argentinian striker Mauro Icardi, both returning from suspension this weekend. Icardi is Inter's leading scorer with 15 league goals.
Hellas go into this weekend's match still coming to terms with last weekend's 3-3 draw against Cesena.
The Verona outfit gave away three goals in the last 20 minutes to have to settle for a point.
"I can't explain it," Hellas coach Andrea Mandorlini said. "We played fantastic football for 70 minutes only to then collapse."
Hellas have lost just one of their last six league games and are 15th in the standings, five points adrift of Inter and 11 points clear of the drop zone.
