Daniel Mullen scored twice as basement side Livingston pulled off a shock 2-1 win against Falkirk.

Mullen's double secured a first home victory since October and moved Livi to within three points of second-bottom Alloa.

He opened the scoring in the 10th minute, sidefooting past Jamie MacDonald after Falkirk failed to deal with a cross.from Keaghan Jacobs.

Fourth-placed Falkirk equalised just before half-time through John Baird's penalty after Callum Fordyce fouled Craig Sibbald.

Moments after the interval Baird was denied by the woodwork, and 10 minutes later Mullen grabbed what proved to be the winner when he headed in Declan Gallacher's flick-on.
