Edinson Cavani hints at PSG exit as Arsenal and Manchester United eye move for £55m hitman

Arsenal and Manchester United target Edinson Cavani has hinted that his future may lie away from Paris Saint-Germain.

The Uruguayan striker has struggled for form this season, scoring just eight goals in 28 Ligue 1 outings.

He was hooked after just 59 minutes of PSG's big derby with Marseille on Sunday and reports in France have suggested that he has fallen out with manager Laurent Blanc.

Arsenal and United have both been strongly linked with a move for the striker and are said to be keeping close tabs on his situation in Paris.

Juventus are also understood be readying a summer offer for the 28-year-old, who became the most expensive player in French football history when he signed for PSG from Napoli for £55m in 2013.

And, when asked about his future after Sunday's game, Cavani refused to rule out a move away.

In quotes attributed to him by calciomercato.com, he said: "For now I think only to finish the season well here and give my best for the club that pays me. In Paris, I'm fine, but in football you never know what can happen in the future."
