Mansfield Town vs York City preview - Stags missing key duo

Mansfield will be without Junior Brown and Reggie Lambe when they host relegation-threatened York.

Winger Brown was sent off for a dangerous challenge in last weekend's defeat at Hartlepool and begins a four-match ban, while fellow midfielder Lambe is on international duty with Bermuda.

Striker Liam Hearn played for Mansfield's reserves in midweek but needs more minutes under his belt before he is considered for a first-team return.

The Stags are eight points above the relegation zone heading into the weekend's action and know defeat to the Minstermen could see them dragged into the scrap for survival.

York's new loan signings Shaun Miller and Josh O'Hanlon are expected to go straight into their squad after joining until the end of the season.

Emile Sinclair is doubtful due to a thigh injury and fellow forward Wes Fletcher remains sidelined with a hamstring injury so Miller (Coventry) and O'Hanlon (Bournemouth) - both on loan until the end of the season - could make their debuts.

Forward Michael Coulson (abdomen) and defender Stephane Zubar are both expected to return to contention after missing out last week.

The Minstermen, one point above the relegation zone, are chasing their first league win in five games.
