JORDAN HENDERSON insisted that Sunday can't come quick enough for Liverpool after they beat Swansea 1-0.

The England man scored Liverpool's fortuitous winner at The Liberty Stadium and immediately turned his attention to their next game against bitter-rivals Manchester United in six days time.

Henderson was delighted to get the win but revealed that he and his Liverpool team-mates are confident of beating United in the lunch-time kick off as they continue their hunt for Champions League football.

Henderson said: "We can't wait for Sunday.

"We're high on confidence. United played well on Sunday.

"It will be a tough game, but we're at Anfield, and we're confident, so we hope we'll get the result we need."
