Leyton Orient vs Barnsley preview - Baudry blow for O's
Posted Tuesday, March 17, 2015 by PA
Leyton Orient look set to be without Mathieu Baudry when they host Barnsley.
The French defender limped off with a hamstring injury towards the end of Saturday's 3-0 win over fellow strugglers Yeovil.
Baudry's likely absence could pave the way for skipper Nathan Clarke to return to the side, although Shane Lowry is another option.
Boss Fabio Liverani, who is still without midfielders Romain Vincelot (knee) and Lloyd James (leg), is otherwise expected to keep changes to a minimum.
Barnsley have no selection issues as they chase a seventh straight win.
The Reds came through a 2-1 success at Oldham on Saturday unscathed and boss Lee Johnson will select from the same pool of players.
Striker Sam Winnall is "chomping on the bit" to earn a start and Johnson could consider throwing him in, perhaps in place of Milan Lalkovic.
Barnsley's run has seen them catapult from relegation candidates to play-off contenders and a win in the capital will see them consolidate their position in the top six.
