Brighton & Hove Albion vs Wolves preview - Double boost for Seagulls

Dale Stephens and Craig Mackail-Smith should return to the Brighton squad for the visit of Wolves.

Midfielder Stephens missed Tuesday night's 2-1 defeat at Reading as a precaution having only recently recovered from a long-term ankle injury, and striker Mackail-Smith is expected to be fit after a hamstring strain which has kept him out of the last two matches.

Sam Baldock, Andrew Crofts (both knee), Kemy Agustien (thigh) and Solly March (calf) remain on the sidelines.

Bruno, Inigo Calderon and Danny Holla are pushing for recalls after dropping to the bench in midweek.

Wolves have Bakary Sako available after winning an appeal against his red card last weekend.

The forward was sent off for violent conduct in the 2-2 draw against Watford after an innocuous clash with Fernando Forestieri but video evidence cleared the Mali international of any wrongdoing.

Carl Ikeme is out along with Tommy Rowe as the pair continue to recover from broken metatarsals.

But goalkeeper Ikeme, who has been sidelined since February, has targeted a return to action in three weeks.
