Cristian Manea is set to become Chelsea's first summer signing
Chelsea are set to make Romanian defender Cristian Manea their first summer signing after agreeing a £2.3million deal.
Manea, 17, currently plays for Viitorul Constanta in his homeland - and already has one cap for Romania's full national team.
Arsenal and Ajax have been sniffing around, but the Daily Mail reports that Chelsea have now agreed a deal to bring him in at the end of the season.
The Blues will pay £2.3million for Manea, and he is set to put pen to paper on a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge.
A strong, aggressive and technical right-back, he could then move to Vitesse Arnhem on-loan to continue his development.
