Hearts vs Cowdenbeath preview - Prince feeling regal again

Hearts midfielder Prince Buaben is fit for the Scottish Championship leaders' home game against Cowdenbeath.

Buaben injured a toe last weekend but X-rays proved there was no fracture. Dale Carrick remains out with a hamstring injury.

Head coach Robbie Neilson anticipates a tough test against a struggling team that lost 5-0 on their previous trip to Tynecastle:

Neilson said: "I think it's becoming more difficult to get wins each week. For most teams it's getting quite difficult because most teams know each other. There are no surprises anymore."

Cowdenbeath will be without Colin Marshall at Tynecastle due to a hamstring injury.

Darren Brownlie is also a doubt with a foot problem but John Armstrong and Dean Brett have been added to the squad as the Blue Brazil look to get over a disappointing home defeat against Alloa last weekend.

Manager Jimmy Nicholl said: "It was a horrific performance and to lose 2-0 at home to a relegation rival after coming from behind to win at Dumbarton the week before was really disappointing.

"It will be difficult at Hearts but, first and foremost, I am looking for the players to put in the type of performance they are capable of."
