Struggling Leyton Orient will check on Dean Cox and Andrea Dossena ahead of the visit of Oldham.

Winger Cox came off with a thigh problem during the second half of Wednesday night's 2-0 home defeat by Bradford, a match full-back Dossena missed through illness.

Defender Scott Cuthbert and strikers Darius Henderson and Gianvito Plasmati have been struggling with knocks lately while long-term absentees, goalkeeper Adam Legzdins, midfielder Lloyd James and winger Jay Simpson, are still out.

Back-up keeper Gary Woods missed out in midweek with a slight ankle injury and could return to the bench but midfielder John Lundstram, who has not figured of late, has gone back to Everton as his loan spell ended after Wednesday's game.

Oldham could be without midfielder Carl Winchester.

The recent Northern Ireland call-up has been plagued by a hamstring injury of late and despite coming on against Colchester last Saturday, he has missed some time training this week.

Striker Conor Wilkinson, also troubled by a hamstring complaint, is back running but is still a little way off featuring on a match day.

Latics are considering whether to send club captain Adam Lockwood (foot) on loan with several clubs interested, but Amari Morgan-Smith (hamstring) is another absentee.
