Peterborough vs Gillingham preview - Same again for Posh

Peterborough will have an unchanged squad for the visit of Gillingham.

Posh have been boosted by the news that Kyle Vassell's ankle injury may not be as bad as initially feared, although the striker will not be able to return on Tuesday night.

Jon Taylor will not be risked against the Gills but the winger could feature for the reserves later in the week as he continues his recovery from a long-standing knee problem.

Central defender Gaby Zakuani will return to training on Wednesday following his exertions at the African Nations Cup with DR Congo.

Justin Edinburgh takes charge of Gillingham for the first time after he was appointed manager on Saturday.

The former Newport boss has injury doubts over left-back Joe Martin and midfielder Josh Pritchard.

Martin is set to miss a third straight game due to an ankle injury, although he could be back by the weekend, while Pritchard limped out of Saturday's 2-0 win over Sheffield United.

Aaron Morris and Amine Linganzi (both hamstring) remain on the sidelines.
