Bolton vs Fulham preview - Bolton miss nine for Fulham clash

Bolton will be without nine first-team players for Fulham's visit to the Macron Stadium.
Liam Trotter (thigh) and David Wheater (dead leg) are the latest two casualties after the duo came off at half-time in Saturday's 4-1 defeat at Derby.
Boss Neil Lennon does not expect any of his other injured players back so Adam Bogdan (ankle), Emile Heskey (hamstring), Matt Mills (knee), Max Clayton (ankle), Mark Davies (knee), Craig Davies (hamstring) and Darren Pratley (hamstring) all remain sidelined.
Neil Danns is back from suspension, though, while Wanderers are hopeful new loan signing Saidy Janko will be registered in time.
Fulham will monitor the fitness of skipper Scott Parker.
The former England midfielder missed Saturday's 1-1 draw against Birmingham through illness, with Ross McCormack wearing the captain's armband in his absence.
The Cottagers' injury problems are easing, however, after Fernando Amorebieta (knee) and Tim Hoogland (hernia) made their comebacks for the club's Under-21 side on Friday.
Fellow defender Sean Kavanagh is also back in training after a month out with a knee injury.
