Frank McKeown's late strike handed league-leaders Stranraer a 1-0 victory over basement boys Stirling.

The hosts dominated in the first half but could not make any of their chances count, and it remained goalless at the break.

Stirling got back into the game in the second period, but it was the Blues who broke the deadlock with less than five minutes of the 90 left to play.

McKeown received the ball from Craig Malcolm before firing in from close range in the 86th minute to net his sixth goal of the season in all competitions and win the game for Stephen Aitken's side.
