Preston North End vs Yeovil Town preview - Grayson to make changes

Simon Grayson looks set to shuffle his pack as Preston attempt to win their first game in four against Yeovil.

North End's automatic promotion hopes have been dented in recent weeks and that could cause Grayson to turn to the likes of Bailey Wright, Alan Browne and Calum Woods in a bid to put them back on course.

Recent loan recruit Sam Johnstone should keep his spot between the sticks after the goalkeeper made his debut in the 2-2 draw with Leyton Orient last Friday.

Attacking options Joe Garner (shin), Jordan Hugill (knee) and Andy Little (groin) all remain sidelined.

Yeovil could hand Swansea loanee Liam Shephard a debut when they make the long trip.

The full-back arrived from south Wales on Saturday morning but did not sign in time to feature in their much-needed 1-0 win over Bradford at Huish Park and so he now comes into contention to make his Glovers bow.

And Gary Johnson has to decide whether Kieffer Moore continues as a makeshift centre-back after the striker put in a man-of-the-match display in place of the suspended Ben Nugent, who misses out once more as he serves the second game of his four-match ban.

Gozie Ugwu made a match-winning second debut for the club having signed a deal until the end of the season and he will hope to keep his place.
