Hertha BSC Berlin vs Borussia Dortmund preview - Klopp focused on great escape

Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp says his side are not hiding from the situation they are in, admitting their priority right now is to get out of relegation danger.
A 1-0 Bundesliga win over Hoffenheim last weekend was the first step in the right direction, lifting the Westphalians off the foot of the table, but more need to follow with Klopp aware it is going to be a long, hard slog.
"We're in a relegation battle and we've faced up to this situation and feel we have a chance to take a big step here," Klopp said at a press conference in which he also confirmed that Mitchell Langerak will be his preferred goalkeeper for the rest of 2014.
The Australian was a surprise inclusion at the expense of Roman Weidenfeller a week ago and he has done enough to earn Klopp's trust for the next three games at least.
"If nothing happens, Mitch will play the three games we've got this week," Klopp said.
"I had a very good talk with Roman Weidenfeller and we discussed the season so far and why I made my decision.
"Roman has already started to fight. In the new year, everything will start from scratch again and I'm very, very open about it."
Klopp's decision to change his goalkeeper was "a gut feeling" brought on by his side's slump to a position nobody expected to see them in.
"Dortmund are still a fantastic team with an exceptional coach and they will bounce back," said Hertha coach Jos Luhukay.
"We just hope it won't happen against us."
Luhukay has left top-scorer Salomon Kalou out of his team in recent weeks, but the Ivory Coast forward is pushing for a place back in the starting XI, although former Dortmund forward Julian Schieber may be preferred against his former club.
