Raith Rovers 2 : 1 Cowdenbeath - Rovers hit back for win
Posted Sunday, November 16, 2014 by PA
Raith had to come from behind to beat struggling Cowdenbeath 2-1 in League One.
The visitors went ahead after 35 minutes when Kudus Oyenuga found the bottom corner after latching on to Craig Sutherland's pass.
Raith pulled level in the 59th minute after Kevin Moon pounced on the loose ball following midfielder Barrie McKay's free-kick.
Kyle Miller tested goalkeeper David McGurn with a long-range effort shortly afterwards but it was the hosts who took the lead after 71 minutes when Christian Nade fired home after being picked out by Calum Elliot.
Cowdenbeath never truly threatened an equaliser as they stretched their winless run in the league to three games.
