Derby County vs Huddersfield Town preview - As you were for Derby

Derby have no new injury problems but head coach Steve McClaren may make changes when in-form Huddersfield visit the iPro Stadium.

The Rams lost at Brentford on Saturday and John Eustace, Will Hughes and Jordon Ibe will head the queue of players pushing for recalls to the starting line-up. Ryan Shotton will also come back into the reckoning after recovering from a bout of illness.

Zak Whitbread is likely to remain on the sidelines after a hamstring injury late last week ruled him out of the trip to Brentford.

Forward Jamie Ward (thigh) and goalkeeper Lee Grant (ankle) will not return until after the international break.

Huddersfield midfielder Jonathan Hogg is a major doubt due to a thigh injury as Chris Powell's side bid to extend their unbeaten league run to eight matches.

Hogg pulled out of the warm-up prior to Saturday's home win against Nottingham Forest and could miss out again, but Powell has no other new injury or suspension concerns.

Striker James Vaughan remains sidelined with a calf injury that has kept him out since mid-September, while Martin Paterson may have to wait longer for his first start of the season after a knee injury due to the form of both Nahki Wells and Grant Holt.

The Terriers have won four and drawn three of their last seven league games and are unbeaten in their previous three on the road.
