Wycombe Wanderers 1 : 1 Dagenham and Redbridge - Murphy denies Daggers late

Peter Murphy netted his second goal in five days as Wycombe denied Dagenham & Redbridge a return to winning ways with a late equaliser for a 1-1 draw.
The 24-year-old headed home with seven minutes to go for his sixth goal of the season, 20 minutes after evergreen Jamie Cureton reached the same mark to give the Daggers the lead.
Dagenham were looking to put to bed successive losses to Newport and Luton but should have been behind after 15 minutes when Murphy headed against the crossbar from Paul Hayes' cross.
The Daggers looked sharper after the break and Damian Batt forced Matt Ingram to tip his angled drive wide before Cureton fired over from the resulting corner.
That effort soon paid off as 39-year-old Cureton tapped in his sixth of the season from close-range in the 63rd minute after Ade Yusuff's shot was blocked.
But Wycombe were level on 83 minutes as Murphy headed home Sam Wood's cross with Daggers boss Wayne Burnett sent to the stands late on after venting his anger at referee Scott Mathieson.
