Luton vs Northampton preview - Still no problems for Luton

Luton boss John Still has no fresh injury worries as his squad continues to edge nearer to full fitness ahead of the visit of Northampton.

Only striker Ross Lafayette, who is recovering from a hernia operation, is definitely unavailable on Saturday.

The likes of Jake Howells, Luke Rooney, Alex Lawless, Curtley Williams, Fraser Franks and Paul Connolly all played in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Hemel Hempstead Town on Wednesday afternoon as they continued to build up their fitness, having recently recovered from injury.

Still's side will be aiming to make it seven straight wins in Sky Bet League Two against the Cobblers.

Northampton are still struggling with a spate of injuries ahead of their trip to Kenilworth Road.

Chris Hackett is a doubt with a back injury after pulling out before Tuesday's 3-1 defeat to Oxford.

Ian Morris (knee), Lewis Hornby (tendonitis), Marc Richards (hamstring), Evan Horwood (tendonitis) and Lee Collins (trapped nerve) are also out.

Matt Duke, Alex Nicholls, Kelvin Langmead and Darren Carter are available, though.
