Rochdale 1 : 1 Gillingham - Spoils shared at Spotland

Rochdale were left to rue a host of wasted chances as Cody McDonald's late leveller handed Gillingham a 1-1 draw at Spotland.
Keith Hill's side dominated the game but squandered several opportunities to score.
Peter Vincenti's 25th-minute header separated the sides at half-time, but the home side could have been out of sight by that stage given the number of chances they created.
Former Rochdale goalkeeper Stephen Bywater kept out a couple of Michael Rose pile-drivers while both Vincenti and Ian Henderson were close to converting Rose's set-piece.
The Gills could have snatched a goal against the run of play just before the break but Dale stopper Conrad Logan saved well to deny McDonald.
The home side continued to boss the game after the interval and Matt Done's cross was headed inches wide Henderson.
But McDonald slid home a scrappy finish after a goalmouth scramble in the 83rd minute.
Scott Tanser went close to a late winner for Rochdale but Bywater plucked his curling effort out of the air.
