Dunfermline vs Forfar preview - Martin makes Pars return

Dunfermline host league leaders Forfar in the top-of-the-table clash and the East End Park side welcome back Lewis Martin from Scotland Under-19 duty.

Andy Geggan and Allan Smith also return to the squad after injury but Stuart Urquhart (groin), Ryan Thomson (groin) and Ryan Wallace (pelvis) miss out.

Pars manager Jim Jefferies, whose team are second in the standings, said: "This should be a cracking game against a Forfar side that have a number of players with great experience and some younger lads with great potential.

"Both sides are in form and we have to make home advantage work in our favour in the same way Forfar did when they beat us at Station Park earlier in the season."

Forfar miss former Dunfermline midfielder Derek Young who has a knee injury but manager Dick Campbell has the option of selecting a fit-again Chris Templeman for a starting role.

"We have done well in recent weeks but we know that winning at East End Park is a big challenge," said Campbell. "We have done our homework on Dunfermline and have a few plans to give them plenty to think about.

"We played well in the 3-0 win over Stenhousemuir last Saturday and apart from thinking about starting Chris I do not think I will be deviating much from what has been successful for us so far this season."
