Fiorentina vs Inter Milan preview - Fiorentina chase Inter scalp

Two sides coming off the back of morale-boosting European results will lock horns in Serie A on Sunday evening as Fiorentina host Inter Milan at the Artemio Franchi stadium.
Vincenzo Montella's Fiorentina claimed their second Europa League Group K triumph with Thursday's 3-0 win at Dinamo Minsk.
The result lifted the Viola to top spot in the pool, and they will now seek to resume winning ways in the domestic front when they take on Walter Mazzarri's men.
Montella, whose side have won only one of their five Serie A games so far while drawing three, said after the European victory: "It was important for us to win in order to consolidate top spot. We put in a good performance in a difficult pitch.
"We still have room for improvement, especially in defence, where we need to be more focused."
Fiorentina will be without English defender Micah Richards, who sustained a right thigh injury during Thursday's match.
Richards has joined injured attacking trio Joaquin, Giuseppe Rossi and Mario Gomez on the sidelines.
Inter Milan travel to Tuscany having opened a four-point lead at the top of Group F of the Europa League with Thursday's 2-0 triumph over Karabakh.
That success followed last weekend's 4-1 humiliating defeat at home to Cagliari, Inter's first loss of the campaign.
"It was important for us to win after Sunday's heavy defeat to Cagliari," Inter midfielder Fredy Guarin said.
"We needed to recover and even if we didn't play a great game against Karabakh, we showed character and we got the job done."
Inter, who are without suspended defender Yuto Nagatomo, are fifth in the Serie A standings, two points clear of 10th-placed Fiorentina.
